Music Tuition
I am passionate about music, and love inspiring people of all ages to learn to play an instrument. I teach the piano, keyboard, flute and also teach music theory. I am based in the Frinton/Walton area in North East Essex. I have a PGCE and am CRB checked.
I believe you can learn to play an instrument at any age, therefore I offer to teach all ages and all abilities, from complete beginners through to advanced musicians.
With 10 years' experience of teaching music in the classroom, and equal experience teaching private instrumental lessons, I have a very good understanding of how people learn, and use this knowledge and expertise to enhance my lessons, and give a high standard of teaching to all my students. My lessons are personalised to suit the individual, and I teach a range of styles depending on the student's personal musical interests and natural ability, ranging from classical through to pop and rock. My aim is that students thoroughly enjoy my lessons, which are full of praise and encouragement, therefore providing them with a reason and desire to practice throughout the week in order to make progress.
